Post-modern distrust of the objective reality and the rationale of absolute truth shaped my view of the world from a very young age.
My work, became a quest to learn and to understand the relationship between physical manifestations and what lies beyond appearances. It is an attempt to touch the untouchable aspects of the everyday life that shape our experience and are making us who we are.
I am interested in the complexity of all aspects of human existence. My research starts from the practice of observation: a careful examination of an opinion, an action or a simple occurrence in everyday life, in reference to or challenged by science, philosophy or theology.

My creative practice reflects this complexity in both, the physical making and editing process. In previous work, I have used the objects-vases as a vessel for femininity and vulnerability, while video or photography works are attempts to capture personal human experiences.
Art, as applied philosophy, has allowed me to explore through my art work, some of the most abstract aspects of the fundamentals of life such as emotions; love, pain and feelings of loss and to revisit some of the most essential and puzzling questions regarding human reality: What are we? Where do we come from? Where are we going?
