I had the opportunity to show some of my old work at the book store Travelling Through. This is a modern fusion of an independent bookshop, café, culture hub and art space with a specific focus on world culture, art and travel.

     It is a small and cosy place that showcases different artists throughout the year with the attention on the versatile and ever-changing culture of our society.

I was invited to exhibit during the Eastern European Month.

       I learned that my artwork suited the space very much due to the rustic atmosphere, low ceilings and uneven wall surfaces. There was more revelations as installation progressed: works from different series, unexpectedly complemented each other.

Most importantly, I had an opportunity to have an artist talk. It taught me confidence that I did not know before.
